Financial Goals – Paying off the car

Great news!  I owe $325.87 on my RAV4, a total of $22, 226.04 in 13 months, and this balance is scheduled for a payoff on July 1st.   I have to thank the VA benefits which enabled me to knock out my goal to pay off this car within a short time.  Beyond grateful!  Financial freedom is a foreign concept to me.  I had to learn a few lessons the hard way on this journey.  By the time I received 99k miles on my Camry, it was time to trade in before the warranty, the balance was $11k; therefore, I took out another loan to cover the balance and cost of the new vehicle.  Fortunate to refinance for a lower interest rate (4 % point) 15 months ago which enabled me to knock out a few other outstanding bills.  Looking forward to receiving the title in the mail.  Life is good!  Blessings in sobrietyfinancial freedom.
